What exactly do I own after the build?
Everything. Your Twilio phone number, your ElevenLabs voice agent, your n8n workflows — all registered under your own accounts. I hand over full credentials and documentation. If we never speak again, the system keeps running.
What are the ongoing costs?
You pay directly for usage: Twilio (~€1/number/month + ~€0.01/min for calls), ElevenLabs (from €5/month depending on plan), and your LLM provider (typically €0.05–0.15/min of conversation). For a small business doing 200–500 calls/month, expect €30–€80/month in infrastructure costs — paid directly to the providers, not to me.
How long does setup take?
Typically 5–10 business days from our kickoff call. Simple setups (receptionist + FAQ) take about a week. Complex integrations (CRM, multi-step booking, outbound campaigns) may take up to 2 weeks.
What if something breaks?
The system runs on industry-standard tools (Twilio, ElevenLabs, n8n) that are extremely reliable. If you need a fix or change, it's a flat €150 per request — or €100/month for the optional managed plan with priority response.
Can you build features that aren't listed?
Almost certainly. n8n integrates with 400+ services and any API. If you have a specific need — CRM sync, payment processing, custom dashboards — just ask during the discovery call and I'll scope it.
Why is this cheaper than agencies?
I'm a solo developer using AI-assisted tooling, not a 10-person agency with overhead. You get the same production quality without the agency markup. The trade-off: I handle fewer projects, so book early.
